Zakkerz started in a small studio in Amsterdam, with one honest question we ask of every dress before it earns a place in the collection: would we actually want to wear this ourselves? If the answer is anything less than yes, it does not make the cut.
Our approach
A calmer way to get dressed
We lean on a quietly Dutch way of thinking about clothes. Warmth over noise, comfort over cleverness, and pieces made to outlast a passing trend.
So we choose a dress for how it feels at four in the afternoon on a hot day, not only for how it photographs. Clean lines, honest fabric, and shapes that still look right three summers from now.
We say no far more often than we say yes.

Curation
Every dress is hand-picked from our studio in Amsterdam. If we would not wear it ourselves, it does not go in the collection.

Sourcing
We work with production partners we keep going back to, rather than chasing the cheapest option of the week.

Delivery
Orders ship free anywhere in Australia with tracking, and usually arrive within 6 to 12 business days.

Aftercare
Thirty-day returns, arranged by email, and support from people who reply within 24 hours on business days.

Australian summers are long, bright and lived outdoors, and that is a good brief to design for. We built Zakkerz for women here who want a dress that works for a beach afternoon, a long lunch and the drive home, without a change of clothes in between.
Prices are shown in Australian dollars with nothing added at checkout. Delivery across Australia is free with no minimum spend, returns are arranged by email within 30 days, and our support team keeps Sydney hours.
